Richard Sosa
- Richard is President of the Florida Arts Network. He is also an actor, writer, producer, and acting coach. Richard has been sought out as a set coach, consultant, and a producer for several indie film projects that have shot in South Florida. He is very involved in the local film community and has been interviewed on both television and radio for his work as an advocate for the Florida film industry. Richard is also an award-winning writer and is currently in talks with an independent production company for a script he co-authored with Frank Ruffolo. For more on Richard, click the pic.
Kimberly Douglas
- Kimberly Douglas is the new VP for FAN. She is also the Founder of the FLOW Film Festival and Film Market. Kimberly has Bachelor of Arts degrees from University of Florida in Cultural Anthropology and International Relations and has earned an associates degree in Pre-Law from Miami-Dade Community College. She has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry and has starred in dozens of commercials, infomercials, and studio and independent films. In Los Angles she has guest-starred in over 30 network shows and is a Founding Associate Producer of The Los Angeles Tribune's International Film Festival. Kimberly is passionate about her work and has a demonstrated track record of excellence in front of and behind the camera. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance, and is looking forward to connecting with like-minded professionals.
Olga Gavrilenko
- Olga Gavrilenko is the Director of Finance for FAN. She is a results-driven, tech-savvy Accounting and Finance Professional with over a decade of experience in financial management, FP&A, ERP implementation, fundraising, and production accounting. She is highly proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and U.S. GAAP compliance, leveraging AI-driven automation and ERP systems to enhance efficiency, KPI performance, and accuracy across financial operations. Olga has managed accounting operations for SMBs across diverse industries, ensuring compliance, scalability, and process excellence. A natural problem-solver, she has structured multi-million-dollar fundraising strategies for TV and film productions and startups, leveraging film tax credit incentives to secure bridge and gap financing. Her efforts have supported projects that achieved distribution on the Discovery Channel, A&E, and the Sportsman Channel, as well as major streaming platforms, bridging creative vision with robust financial frameworks.

Jackie Jorge
- Jackie specializes in Film Production Makeup applications and Hair Stylizing, but also works on private clients. Although she loves to apply a clean beauty fresh makeup, she also enjoys making people scream as a result of her Special FX Makeup Applications. Jackie is also very driven. She says, “Drive is a trait a person has to have to grow in this field and I definitely have it. What sets me apart is that I don’t care if the production is an indie low budget set or a huge top rate production, I give 10,000 percent.”
Rachel Galvin
- Rachel Galvin has been a writer, editor, actor, host, photographer and more for over 20 years. She publishes her own magazine called Independent Streak Magazine, about the film industry, and has a blog called Let's Talk Magazine about art, entertainment, food & wine, local events and more. In addition, she has written a book called "Basics of the Biz" about her experiences in the film industry and how to become an actor.
Damaris Cruz
- Damaris Cruz is an actress, a screen writer, a film maker and a producer with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts from William Smith College in Geneva, New York. After moving to Florida, she attended a local acting school, University Center for the Performing Arts in Davie, Florida. She soon started working with Ambassador Pictures as production assistant and soon after, production manager. During the process, she discovered her affinity for storytelling. Bitten by the acting bug, she further pursued her studies at The Burt Reynolds Institute of Film and Theater in Lake Park, Florida. In 2012 she took the plunge and founded Baby Calf Productions. She produced her first short film “The Ticket Box” which screened at the Action on Film, International Film Festival in Monrovia, California in 2015.
Bruce Smith
- Bruce Smith is a self taught Freelance Fashion Photographer, based in Tamarac, Florida with over 40 years experience as a photographer and 12 years as a full time Fashion Photographer. He began his photography career back at the young age of only 9 years old when his mother bought him his first camera for his birthday that year. He spent his entire allowance for about 4 years or so on film, flash cubes, and processing. In High School, he attended vocational school classes and took Graphic arts, which back in the 70's consisted of Commercial Art, Offset Printing, and of course Photography. Bruce always does his best to tell a bit of a story in each of his one-on-one photo shoots.
Juliana Duque
- Juliana Duque is a Colombian-born TV producer, actress, and host with a dynamic career across television and theater. She began as a teenage host in New York for Vámonos de Rumba and as a VJ for Furia Musical, later producing hit shows like Necesito una Amiga and Quién Tiene la Razón on Venevision. Her acting credits include Telemundo series such as Alguien Te Mira, La Casa de al Lado, and Una Maid en Manhattan, along with numerous stage performances at Microteatro Miami and Paseo de las Artes. Her artistic journey began in childhood, performing in commercials and theater across Latin America and the U.S.
